Led the development of Protoverify, a background verification SaaS platform, from concept to launch, achieving INR 20L MRR. Focused on creating an efficient, secure, and user-centric experience for HR teams, candidates and backend operations.

• SaaS Platform Development:

  • Conceptualised and guided the development of the cloud-based Protoverify platform, designing an intuitive UI for HR managers to initiate, track, and manage background checks.

  • Implemented role-based access control and real-time progress tracking, resulting in a 35% reduction in average processing time.

  • Designed customisable reporting features and a dashboard to track TAT and key metrics.
     

• Candidate Experience:

  • Developed a secure mobile application for candidates to upload documents and track verification status, prioritizing a user-friendly interface.

  • Designed automated notifications to keep all stakeholders informed.
     

• User Research:

  • Conducted extensive user research with HR professionals to identify pain points like cumbersome follow-up and lack of real-time updates.

  • Oversaw the entire development process, from wire-framing to deployment, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.

Built a pet well-being company based in Pune and raised a Friends & Family investment round of INR 24L
 

• Customer Acquisition:

  • Served more than 350+ customers across Pune city with 3 services: Dog-walking, Play-time and Home-boarding

  • Activated 5 channels: FB/IG, Google search, Customer referrals, WhatsApp community, and Tie-ups with stores & vets o Spent INR 50k on Google & FB/IG marketing only for the first 5 months, and grew only through referrals thereafter

  • Generated INR 12.5L net revenue and achieved an MRR of INR 1.7L
     

• Product/User Experience
   

       Dog-walking:

• Designed and built the entire website on Wix to allow users to book walks and subscriptions online

• Designed the entire user experience on Android and iOS Apps, including walker location tracking and notifications

• Built a customized Nutrition Plan Algorithm & designed the user experience of the curated marketplace (www.furritas.com)

      Play-time:

• Negotiated an annual agreement for the space to conduct play-time activities

• Conducted >80 Play-time events without incident with an average of 8 dogs (off-leash) per event

• Created all digital Ad copies and social media content using Illustrator, Photoshop and iMovies
   

•   Business Operations:

  • Hired 100+ Dog-walkers across the Pune city

  • Hired and trained an Operations team of 2 to independently manage the day-to-day operations of the dog-walking service

  • Built the complete incentive structure and strategy for hiring dog walkers without compromising on service quality

  • Designed and built a scalable system to seamlessly manage end-to-end operations of the Dog-walking service

  • Integrated 3 external apps (Razorpay, Exotel & Zorp) to accept bookings, assign and monitor walkers, and resolve issues

• Taught 8 subjects, drafted 4 books compiling research papers under the purview: ‘Research in Architecture’
• Guided 60 students across 4 semesters in their research projects
• Managed all operations and administrative duties pertaining to all my 7 courses

• Compiled 4 books in Research in Architecture and Contemporary Architecture to be published in-house at PVPCOA, Pune
• Single-handedly taught the 4th year elective on Environmental Psychology – the only faculty to offer this course at Pune University
