How I work
I'm passionate about designing products that not only function beautifully, but also create meaningful connections with users. I believe in the power of design to transform ideas into impactful realities.
I immerse myself in AI-enhanced research tools like Looppanel, Dovetail to uncover user pain points, using behaviour analysis and sentiment mining to inform decisions. From there, I lead collaborative sessions to iterate and refine, ensuring every solution is backed by data-driven intelligence.
My workflow integrates AI tools like Condens for qualitative data synthesis and Maze for behavioural analysis to structure complex user data. With machine learning insights from Tableau’s Einstein Discovery, I proactively identify and address user pain points, ensuring seamless experiences.
Learning through doing is central to my methodology. Tools such as Maze and Adobe Target provide the data-driven insights I need for automated usability testing and intelligent A/B testing, ensuring rapid validation and efficient refinement of design solutions.
I use visualisation as a communication tool, crafting ecosystem models and distilling research into clear, actionable insights. This helps me translate data into design with precision.
I believe in shared creation, working closely with end-users and team members to develop the best solutions. True innovation happens when we collaborate, iterate, and refine ideas together.
